A story within a story.

Listen and read the words and you may find yourself living this.

It’s your choice to live the final sentence.

Peace About Me

There’s a peace about me
my lows are high
my highs are low
I can’t even say that
it’s more like even keel
walking on clouds
my mind present
smiles for no reason
just feels good
no urgency
yet focused
no demands
yet surrendering
to the moment

saying it’s ok
words over my lips
my inference
my feelings
I feel ok is much better
although my ok to
walk on clouds
is permission for me—
to see
to smell
to touch
to hear
to connect–
with all

Sunrise, Sunset

Heaven Above The Field by Gary Sackett

Heaven Above The Field by Gary Sackett

spiral

The sunrise will always come
if it dosen’t
will we care then
live for the Joy of your Heart
which is
God

Remember your core
not only do I have your back
you have your own first
Smile
Laugh
Let go and let God

My Eyes

My Eyes
choosing to see
whats close to me
blurred spectrum
of one’s reality
the focus of the lens
tight, rigid
unforgiving

My Eyes
constricted, narrow
Slowing, breathing
distant clarity

My Eyes
light shimmers

beauty speaks
deep among
inside

My Eyes
vision
panoramic opening
vividly
seeing beyond

My Eyes
bouncing light
shadows of unreal

dancing
in reality

My Eyes
meet yours
awesometastically
infinitely
in love

Mind of All

Elevating myself, clouds touch my face
The haze of the unknown above
Shadows from the heavens dot the ground
Greener pastures abound, surround
Sculptures carved by a steady hand
Snakes of water slither
Reflections of man, blind me
Falling ping-ponging off pillows of cotton
Down to earth I come
My gaze upward to one
Disregarding my landing, knowing
Falling, my depths I travel, believing
Diminishing, my human body
Expanding, what matters
Mind of all
